Mr. Nguyen Van Quoc Duy is managed by the Tra Vinh men's volleyball team. However, the provinces of Ben Tre, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long (old) were merged from July 1 to become the new province of Vinh Long. Therefore, the men's volleyball teams of these 3 provinces will merge.
The men's teams of Tra Vinh (old) and Vinh Long (old) have won a place to participate in the 2025 National A-League Finals to be held in October in Ha Tinh. The Vinh Long Province Sports Training and Competition Center announced that it had only registered 1 men's team to participate in this tournament. Thus, the players were built a squad named Vinh Long.
Nguyen Van Quoc Duy is a national player. In addition, players are subjectively leased by the unit to compete with the Ho Chi Minh City Police team at the 2025 National Championship.
The Vinh Long men's volleyball team has changed the coaching staff. Former head coach of Tra Vinh team (old), Mr. Le Van Trieu was assigned to be the head coach of Vinh Long men's team to participate in the 2025 National A-League Finals. Former head coach Nguyen Van Du of Vinh Long team is the assistant coach in the coaching staff at this time.
The goal of the Vinh Long men's team is to win promotion to participate in the 2026 National Championship. According to the regulations of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation, the champion teams for men and the champion team for women in the 2025 National A-Class Championship finals will be promoted.
