They are Imoco Volley Club (Italy - 2024 European champion), Vero Volley Milano (Italy - 2024 European runner-up), Minas Tenis Clube (Brazil - 2024 South American champion), Dentil Praia Clube (Brazil - 2024 South American runner-up), LPB Ninh Binh (Vietnam - 2024 Asian runner-up), NEC Red Rockets (Japan - 2024 Asian champion), Zamalek SC (Egypt - 2024 African champion) and Tianjin (host China).
According to the draw results, Group A includes LPB Ninh Binh (Vietnam), Imoco (Italy), NEC Red Rockets (Japan), Dentil Praia (Brazil). Meanwhile, Group B includes Gerdau Minas (Brazil), Vero Milano (Italy), Zamalek (Egypt) and Tianjin (China).
As the Vietnamese representative, LPB Ninh Binh is making careful preparations for the upcoming club championship. The ancient capital team still maintains the same lineup as the previous Asian tournament, including Kim Lien, Thanh Dieu, Yen Nhi (libero), Nguyen Trinh, Le Thanh Thuy, Luu Thi Hue, Thu Ha (middle attacker), Dang Thi Hong, Dinh Thi Thuy, Bich Nga, Warisara (main attacker) and Bich Tuyen (opposite setter).
