In the letter, TVA Chairman Somporn Chaibangyang expressed regret for the information and images posted on social networks, and apologized to VFV and the host country's Organizing Committee.

Previously, the Thai women's team said that the distance from the hotel to the training ground was too far and they were provided with old training balls. However, VFV explained that the long travel on the first day was due to the schedule from the airport to the hotel, and the subsequent training sessions only took about 10 minutes.
The organizers also affirmed that all training balls and match balls used at the tournament are new balls, meeting international standards.
