On the evening of April 4, good news came to fans of Ly Thi Luyen when the Vietnamese women's volleyball player won the championship of the 2026 Thai National Championship with Nakhon Ratchasima Qmin C VC team.
Nakhon Ratchasima Qmin C VC team defeated opponent Harudot Chonburi 3-2 (18-25, 27-25, 25-19, 19-25, 15-12) in the final match, winning the No. 1 position in Thai women's volleyball this year. In the final, middle blocker Ly Thi Luyen took the field.
In her career, Ly Thi Luyen had never won the national championship before going to Thailand to compete. She has won 5 times the runner-up title of the National Championship in Vietnam with the Duc Giang Chemicals team.
Earlier this year, the hitter competed for the Hobby Ace team but only won the runner-up title of the Mongolian National Championship 2026.
Ly Thi Luyen is currently a skilled middle blocker in Vietnamese women's volleyball. The hitter has come to Thailand to play in the second phase of the season for Nakhon Ratchasima Qmin C VC team (starting from February 2026). The player is still under the management of Duc Giang Chemicals team. After the final match and winning the championship of the Thai National Championship 2026, Ly Thi Luyen will return home on April 5.
The coaching staff of Hoa Chat Duc Giang team still registered this player to participate in round 1 of the 2026 National Club Championship from April 6 to April 19 at Dong Anh Gymnasium (Hanoi).
