Recently, Ly Thi Luyen reached an agreement to continue playing in Thailand for the Nakhon Ratchasima VC team. However, this middle blocker has not yet arrived in Thailand. She is still in Vietnam practicing professionally with the Duc Giang Chemicals team. It is expected that in March, Ly Thi Luyen will move to Thailand.
Ly Thi Luyen just competed and won the runner-up title of the Mongolia Volleyball Tournament 2026 with the Hobby Ace team. Currently, this hitter is one of the players with the best expertise in the middle blocker position that Vietnamese women's volleyball possesses. Ly Thi Luyen also has an admirable height: 1m95.
In the opening training session at the beginning of the new year, head coach Nguyen Huu Ha and the coaching staff encouraged the spirit of Hoa Chat Duc Giang players to prepare best, entering round 1 of the 2026 National Championship.
The tournament will take place at Dong Anh Gymnasium (Hanoi). Currently, Duc Giang Chemicals team is stationed here for professional training. Thus, it can be seen that Duc Giang Chemicals will be the host of round 1 of the 2026 National Championship.
The coaching staff of Hoa Chat Duc Giang team has not had any new domestic players added before the 1st round of this year's National Championship.
It is known that middle blocker Ly Thi Luyen was able to return home in time to participate in the tournament after finishing the competition in Thailand in early April.
In 2025, Hoa Chat Duc Giang team ranked 5th in the women's division of the National Championship. Earlier this year, this team parted ways with setter Nguyen Thi Thuy to join LPBank Ninh Binh team.
The Binh Chung Thong Tin women's volleyball team has returned to training since February 22nd (6th day of Tet). The team continues to maintain the same domestic squad that participated in the 2025 National Championship to prepare for this year's professional development. The Binh Chung Thong Tin team aims to enter the top 3 leading teams of the 2026 National Championship and achieve the championship of the X-2026 National Sports Games.
