“I am very honored to be in the ranks of Party members of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Personally, this is a source of pride and honor and I am even more responsible for striving to achieve better professional achievements,” volleyball middle blocker Pham Thi Hien expressed.
This national team player was admitted to the Party Committee of the Women's Volleyball Club of the Information Corps in 2023.
Since then, Pham Thi Hien has always been one of the faces who has achieved many achievements and maintained her form in the main squad of the Information Corps. Along with the player, many teammates such as main attacker Pham Thi Nguyet Anh, Nguyen Thi Phuong or Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh are also Party members.
In her feelings, Party member Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh once expressed that in any role, she always maintains the highest political awareness to perform the assigned professional tasks.
Having 3 years of Party membership, Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh is currently constantly striving to become one of the outstanding players of Vietnamese volleyball. At SEA Games 33, Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh was the official hitter and teammate who won a silver medal for the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team.
Vietnamese men's volleyball also recorded many players honored to be admitted to the Party. Among these, main attacker Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, setter Dinh Van Duy, opposite hitter Pham Van Hiep and middle blocker Tran Duy Tuyen were admitted to the Party at the Border Guard Sports Delegation.
Captain Pham Van Hiep (MB Border Guard) once felt that when you are a Party member, you are even more aware of being more responsible for your performance and maintaining discipline in your life. The military sports environment has trained players with the highest discipline. With the responsibility of being a Party member in the field of sports volleyball, these strikers are always bright spots for many young players to follow.
Similar to Bien Phong MB volleyball players, many colleagues at the Army Sports Center also expressed their desire to contribute and achieve high results in sports competitions. Through sharing from the coaching staff, the men's volleyball lineup of The Cong Tan Cang (under the Army Sports Center) has many players who are already Party members.
Meanwhile, Party member Quan Trong Nghia of the men's volleyball team of the Mobile Police Command once said that he himself is in the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam, so he is very determined to strive for more than 200% of his professional ability to achieve the set goals well.
In 2025, Quan Trong Nghia was entrusted with the responsibility of being the captain of the Vietnamese men's volleyball team and also the hitter who won 3rd place at the 2025 National Championship when wearing the Ho Chi Minh City Police team jersey.
In 2024, main attacker Quan Trong Nghia was honored to be praised as one of the typical mobile police youth faces. For the national team main attacker, that recognition adds motivation to contribute best expertise to volleyball and to Vietnamese sports.
