Blocker Ly Thi Luyen left for Mongolia on the evening of October 28, entering a new professional journey of her career.

Ly Thi Luyen joined the Hobby Ace women's volleyball team at the tournament in Mongolia. The above team finished 5th in the Mongolian national championship last year.

According to the contract, Ly Thi Luyen will play one season for Hobby Ace. She started competing with the team on November 1 and the program will last until February 7, 2026.

With this program, Ly Thi Luyen is still able to return to Vietnam in time to participate in the first phase of the 2026 National Championship.

This hitter is currently a key player of the Duc Giang Chemicals women's team. With a height of 1m95, Ly Thi Luyen is one of the professional development middle blocker in recent times. She was once called up to the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team.

However, this year, Ly Thi Luyen is not in the national team. At the end of the 2025 National Championship, Ly Thi Luyen and the Duc Giang Chemicals team ranked 5th.

This is the first time the Vietnamese women's volleyball team has had a player competing in a tournament in Mongolia. At the same time, Duc Giang Chemicals team also has middle blocker Tran Thi Bich Thuy going to Japan to develop her skills.

Ly Thi Luyen once had time to find an opportunity to go to Korea to compete in the try-out round before the season. However, this middle blocker was unsuccessful. However, she has won the opportunity to play football in Mongolia at this time.
