Phase 1 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship saw the number of players given outstanding playing opportunities. They do not play as substitutes but play an important role in the team's playing style.
Nguyen Thi Tra My is an outstanding contestant. The 2004-born setter is one of VTV Binh Dien Long An's most beneficial attackers, along with her senior Tran Thi Thanh Thuy. Tra My's strong left-hand smashes on both sides were highly effective. The fiery spirit and dedication on the field helped the 21-year-old female player become a bright spot in the defending champion's squad.
For Vietinbank, the excellent results of the banking team are largely based on the excellence of the two young blockers who borrowed at the beginning of the season, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh (Quang Ninh) and Dang Thi Hong (Thai Nguyen). Both are excellent young players of the national women's volleyball teams in 2024.
