The final match took place between two teams maintaining a record of winning all matches since the beginning of the tournament, U19 Song Lam Nghe An and U19 PVF-CAND. With home advantage, U19 PVF-CAND entered the game proactively, soon pushed up the squad and put pressure on the opponent's half. However, the tightly organized defense of U19 Song Lam Nghe An made the home team's attacking options difficult.
In the opposite direction, U19 Song Lam Nghe An also showed discipline in their playing style. The midfield played solidly, minimizing space, helping the Nghe team control the pace of the match. Drama continued to be pushed up in the 3rd shot when Hoang Trong Duy Khang of U19 PVF-CAND slipped and sent the ball over the crossbar, while Tan Minh successfully executed his shot, helping U19 Song Lam Nghe An take the lead. In the remaining shots, Song Lam Nghe An players maintained the necessary coolness to win 4-3 on penalties, thereby officially winning the championship of the National U19 Championship 2025-2026.
