Honoring outstanding divers in 2024

On the evening of December 24, the Gala honoring and awarding of Vietnam Aquatics Awards 2024 took place in Tay Ninh province with the theme "Imprint of Vietnamese Aquatic Sports".

This is a special event to honor outstanding athletes, coaches, and teams in aquatic sports in 2024.

The event was attended by more than 300 athletes, coaches, representatives of sports agencies and departments from all over the country.

At the event, the two best diving athletes, Vu Dang Nhat Nam (Dong Nai) and Cao Thi Duyen (Thanh Hoa), were honored as "Outstanding Divers of 2024".

Their outstanding achievements over the past year have left a strong impression on fans, serving as a great motivation for the next generation of athletes.

The "Outstanding Young Diver" award went to Tran Quoc Bao (HCMC) and Nguyen Tran San San (Hanoi).

The award "Outstanding male diver at the National Club Championship for the age group of 14-18" was given to Nguyen Phi Ha (Thanh Hoa) and Nguyen The Duong (Dong Nai).

The award for the best female diver at the same tournament went to Dong Khanh Thanh Tam (HCMC) and Nguyen Tu Anh (Nghe An).

Young athletes aged 13 and under were equally excellent, with awards going to Hoang Dinh Gia Bao (Army), Tran Van Dai (Nam Dinh) in the men's category; Ha Hoang Nhu Y (HCMC), Dang Phi Nhung (Quang Ninh) in the women's category.

The Vietnam Aquatics Awards 2024 Gala is the first event held in Vietnam, with the aim of not only honoring the achievements and efforts of outstanding individuals and groups, but also creating opportunities to connect the Vietnamese aquatic sports community.

This event is organized under the direction of the Vietnam Aquatic Sports Association (VASA) in coordination with Helios Investment Joint Stock Company.
