On the afternoon of September 20, VTV Binh Dien Long An had a rematch with Thammasat University in the 5-8 ranking match at the 2025 SEALECT Cup volleyball tournament.
Coach Ngoc Hoa's students showed an improved appearance compared to their previous performance. In particular, the ability to serve well became a strong point that helped Long An score many direct points (ace) and disrupted the first-step system of Thammasat University.
Thanks to that, VTV Binh Dien Long An completely dominated the game, controlled the tempo and quickly created a score gap right from the start of each set.

On the other side, Thammasat University also showed great determination. However, lack of experience and different squad quality are major barriers that prevent them from making a difference.
With reasonable tactics and the ability to take advantage of opportunities well, VTV Binh Dien Long An ended the match with a convincing victory of 3-0, respectively with scores of 25-14, 25-23 and 2510.
Another highlight of this match is that coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa continues to give competition opportunities to many young athletes such as Tram Anh, Khanh My or Bao Ngoc.
Although their experience is still limited, their fighting spirit has helped the young hitters have a positive performance. These are valuable practical experiences for them in their long-term development journey.
This victory helped VTV Binh Dien Long An win the right to compete in the 5th place match, taking place at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow (September 21).
