According to Decision No. 3730/QD-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade revoked the certificate of eligibility to be a petroleum distribution trader for Lien Ket Trading and Transport Joint Stock Company.
The decision is issued on the basis of current decrees and legal documents; based on the certificate of eligibility to be a petroleum distributor No. 399-TNPP/QD-BCT issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on February 2, 2021, effective until the end of February 2, 2026. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade considers the proposal of Lien Ket Trading and Transport Joint Stock Company in document No. 1.11.2025 dated November 24, 2025 on requesting to cease working as a distributor and return the certificate of eligibility.
Lien Ket Trading and Transport Joint Stock Company has business registration certificate No. 3500658610, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (now the Department of Finance of Ho Chi Minh City), first registered on November 10, 2003, for the 21st change on March 22, 2023.
Certificate of eligibility to be a petroleum distributor No. 399-TNPP/QD-BCT issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on February 2, 2021, valid until February 2, 2026, is now officially revoked according to the above decision.
