World oil prices today increased simultaneously. At the end of the trading session at the end of the weekend, WTI crude oil prices were at 62.69 USD/barrel, up 0.32 USD/barrel; equivalent to an increase of 0.51%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 63.37 USD/barrel and opened the last session of the week at 62.27 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 66.99 USD/barrel, up 0.62 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.93%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 66.37 USD/barrel and opened the weekend session at 66.22 USD/barrel.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world petroleum market this time (from September 4, 2025 to September 10, 2025) is affected by main factors such as: Israel attacking Hamas' leadership in Qatar; OPEC+ increasing oil production in October 2025; the USD depreciates; the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues... The above factors have caused world petroleum prices in recent days to fluctuate up and down depending on each commodity.
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may increase simultaneously.
In the recent adjustment session (September 11), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND 19,756/liter (down VND 95/liter). RON 95-III gasoline price decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, priced at VND 20,400/liter (down VND 39/liter).
Prices of oil products increased and decreased in opposite directions. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at VND18,643/liter (up VND170/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND18,368/liter (up VND54/liter); mazut is priced at VND15,090/kg (down VND286/kg).
