According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market this time (from September 4, 2025 to September 10, 2025) is affected by main factors such as: Israel attacked Hamas' leadership in Qatar; OPEC+ increased oil production in October 2025; the USD decreased; the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues... According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may have opposite adjustments.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 210 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 210 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 10 VND/liter.
In the recent adjustment session (September 11), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND 19,756/liter (down VND 95/liter). RON 95-III gasoline price decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, priced at VND 20,400/liter (down VND 39/liter).
Prices of oil products increased and decreased in opposite directions. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at VND18,643/liter (up VND170/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND18,368/liter (up VND54/liter); mazut is priced at VND15,090/kg (down VND286/kg).
