The highest price of live pigs in the North today is 63,000 VND/kg in 2 areas: Bac Ninh, Hanoi. The price of 62,000 VND/kg is a common price in many provinces and cities such as: Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Hung Yen.
In the Central region, the price of live pigs today increased by 1,000 VND/kg in some provinces and cities such as Hue, Quang Ngai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong. Of which, Gia Lai is still the locality with the lowest import price of live pigs at 57,000 VND/kg and Lam Dong has the highest import price of live pigs in the region at 64,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today increased by 1,000 VND/kg in most provinces and cities. In particular, Tay Ninh has the same price of live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, equal to the price of Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Ca Mau, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long. Can Tho and An Giang are the two provinces with the lowest import prices in the region at 64,000 VND/kg.
