In the Central region, the price of live pigs today ranges from 57,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Of which, Nghe An has the price of live pigs decreased by 1,000 VND/kg to 62,000 VND, equal to the price of Thanh Hoa area. Gia Lai is still the area with the lowest price of live pigs in the region at 57,000 VND/kg and Lam Dong is still the area with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 63,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs also increased by 1,000 VND/kg in Tay Ninh (up 65,000 VND/kg), Dong Thap, Ca Mau, Ho Chi Minh City (up 64,000 VND/kg). An Giang is the locality with the lowest import price of live pigs in the region at 62,000 VND/kg. Vinh Long and Can Tho have live pig prices of 63,000 VND/kg.
