On August 11, in Hanoi, a working delegation of the Navy led by Major General Nguyen An Phong - Secretary of the Navy Party Committee and Political Commissar, visited and encouraged the parade and marching forces of the Navy to prepare for the 80th Anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
After listening to the report on the training results of the General Staff, Major General Nguyen An Phong and the working delegation directly visited and encouraged the blocks of the Navy.


Accordingly, during more than 3 months of training at the unit as well as at the area assigned by the Organizing Committee, the forces of the Army always upholded their sense of responsibility and determination, clearly aware of the honor and pride in participating in the mission.
Despite the hot weather conditions and high training intensity, all officers and soldiers strictly followed discipline, overcame difficulties to rise up, practiced hard and achieved positive results.
Up to this point, the training and practice work has been guaranteed to be on schedule and of good quality. Standing blocks and moving blocks ensure good posture, style, technique, and movement. The military artillery block ensures absolute safety.
