Domestic pepper prices: Unchanged in all regions
As of 11:30 today (12.), the domestic pepper market continued to be stable in all regions, averaging 140,800 VND/kg. Currently, the price still fluctuates between 140,000 - 142,000 VND/kg.
simultaneously listed at 140,000 VND/kg are Gia Lai, Dong Nai provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.
The two provinces with the highest pepper purchasing prices in the country are still Dak Lak and Lam Dong when these regions announced the selling price to the market at 142,000 VND/kg.
World pepper prices: One of the most fluctuating on the Indonesian exchange
In the world market, pepper prices are mostly stable in many regions. In particular, the Indonesian exchange - one of the busiest markets - continued to increase prices by 0.29% and 0.28%. Currently, these two items are traded between 7,168 - 10,019 USD/ton (equivalent to 189,236 VND/kg - 264,502 VND/kg).
On the other hand, the Brazilian market remains unchanged, with the trading price remaining unchanged at 6,000 USD/ton (about 158,400 VND/kg). Malaysia's black and white specks reached 12,500 USD/ton and 9,250 USD/ton.
In the pepper export market of Vietnam, the price of 500 g/l and 550 g/l black pepper is currently at 6,240 - 6,370 USD/ton. ASTA white pepper prices remained at 8,950 USD/ton (equivalent to 236,280 VND/kg).
