Assessments and forecasts
After a sharp decrease last week, the market has had new signals to form a clear upward momentum.
In the short term, pepper prices may continue to fluctuate around the area of 134,000 - 136,000 VND/kg. Factors that may affect the domestic pepper price trend include purchasing demand from export businesses, the amount of goods still in the people and price movements in the Indonesian, Brazilian, and Malaysian markets. This is a factor that can help the domestic market limit deep downward pressure in the coming time.
