Retail gasoline and oil prices today, August 29th, at the Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) system continue to be applied according to the adjustment level effective from 3:00 PM on August 27th of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.
According to the latest price list, E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline is listed by MIPEC at 22,600 VND/liter in region 1 and 23,050 VND/liter in region 2.
Meanwhile, E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline is sold at a price of 21,760 VND/liter in region 1 and 22,190 VND/liter in region 2.
In the oil group, 0.001S diesel oil level 5 is priced at 29,880 VND/liter in region 1 and 30,480 VND/liter in region 2. 0.05S diesel oil level 2 is listed at 28,080 VND/liter in region 1 and 28,640 VND/liter in region 2.
Compared to the operating period effective from 3 pm on August 20, retail prices at MIPEC simultaneously decreased for all items. Specifically, E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline decreased by 60 VND/liter, down to 22,600 VND/liter; E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline decreased by 70 VND/liter, down to 21,760 VND/liter.
For the oil group, 0.001S diesel oil level 5 decreased by 760 VND/liter, down to 29,880 VND/liter. 0.05S diesel oil level 2 decreased by 460 VND/liter, down to 28,080 VND/liter. The decrease of 0.001S diesel oil level 5 is the strongest in this operating period.
According to MIPEC regulations, region 1 applies in areas near ports, wholesale warehouses or gasoline and oil supply facilities; region 2 applies to areas far from supply sources, so the selling price is higher to compensate for transportation and distribution costs.
The above price is applied by MIPEC at the entire system of gas stations, agents and retailers belonging to the system nationwide until there is a new adjustment notice from the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.
The adjustment of gasoline and oil prices is implemented according to current regulations on gasoline and oil price management mechanisms, based on the developments of finished gasoline and oil prices in the world market in the price calculation cycle and price-forming factors according to regulations of management agencies.
