On the evening of August 28, at Muong Khuong Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary and Secondary School, the construction atmosphere was still urgent.
Under the lights of the construction site, groups of workers take the opportunity to complete the final parts before the new school year opening day.

According to records, most of the main items of the project have been completed.
Classrooms, dormitories and facilities serving students' activities are basically ready for use.
At the construction site, about 150 workers are being mobilized to complete the remaining work.
The main tasks focus on cleaning, renovating, handling areas that need repair, placing tables and chairs, completing furniture and planting additional green trees and lawns in the premises.

Mr. Phan Van Vinh - official of the Lao Cai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board said that units are focusing maximum manpower to complete the school in the near future.
Currently, there are still some small tasks related to infrastructure and interior. About 150 workers are being mobilized, including teams working at night to keep up with the schedule," Mr. Vinh said.

According to Mr. Vinh, the classroom blocks and boarding areas have been basically completed.
At this time, workers mainly clean up, patch the positions that need to be adjusted, prop up tables and chairs and complete the landscape.

In some areas, workers take advantage of working under the lights when it is dark. Some transport tables and chairs, some clean, some adjust unfinished items.
The tasks are divided into smaller parts, deployed simultaneously to shorten completion time.

Not only ensuring functionality, the school grounds are also being urgently renovated.
Patches of grass and green trees are added, yards and walkways are cleaned and rearranged to create a clean space before the opening ceremony.
The Muong Khuong Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary and Secondary School project is built on an area of nearly 5 hectares, including 9 building blocks, with a scale of 28 classrooms, meeting the learning and living needs of about 980 students.

The project has a total investment adjusted from 215 billion VND to 255 billion VND, an increase of 40 billion VND. The project is expected to create more conditions for students in the area to study, eat, and live spaciously.
There are only a few days left until the new school year begins. As the final parts are being completed overnight, the construction site is also gradually shifting from a construction state to being ready to welcome students for the new school year.
Rows of trees, rows of classrooms, dormitories and new tables and chairs are being completed to prepare for a school year full of changes.
