Retail gasoline and oil prices today, July 4th, at the Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) system continue to be applied according to the adjustment level effective from 4:00 PM on July 2nd of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.
According to the latest price list, E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline is listed by MIPEC at 20,410 VND/liter in region 1 and 20,810 VND/liter in region 2. E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline is sold at 19,730 VND/liter in region 1 and 20,120 VND/liter in region 2, continuing to be the item with the lowest price in the gasoline group of enterprises.
In the oil group, 0.001S level 5 diesel oil currently has a price of 23,270 VND/liter in region 1 and 23,730 VND/liter in region 2. 0.05S level 2 diesel oil is listed at 21,170 VND/liter in region 1 and 21,590 VND/liter in region 2.
Compared to the operating period effective from 0:00 on July 1, retail prices at MIPEC continued to be adjusted down. Specifically, E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline decreased by 790 VND/liter, E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline decreased by 1,050 VND/liter. In the oil group, 0.001S diesel oil level 5 and 0.05S diesel oil level 2 both decreased by 690 VND/liter.
According to MIPEC regulations, region 1 applies in areas near ports, wholesale warehouses or gasoline and oil supply facilities; region 2 applies in areas far from supply sources, so the maximum selling price is higher to compensate for transportation and distribution costs.
The current retail price is applied throughout the distribution system of MIPEC and maintained until the next gasoline and oil price adjustment period of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance. Price adjustments are made based on the developments in finished gasoline and oil prices in the world market during the pricing cycle and current regulations on taxes and fees for gasoline and oil products.
