In the operating period on July 30, 2026, the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance decided to spend using the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund (temporary advance fund from the state budget) as follows:
- Biofuel: 500 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 1,000 VND/liter;
- Mazut oil: 500 VND/kg.
After implementing the provision and use of the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund for gasoline and oil items as above, the selling prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil items on the market are as follows:
- E5 RON92 gasoline: not higher than 22,388 VND/liter (an increase of 1,500 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price), lower than E10RON95-III gasoline by 471 VND/liter;
- E10 RON95-III gasoline: not higher than 22,859 VND/liter (an increase of 1,424 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price);
- Diesel oil 0.05S: not higher than 27,624 VND/liter (an increase of 1,856 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price);
- 180CST 3.5S mazut oil: not higher than 16,478 VND/kg (an increase of 916 VND/kg compared to the current maximum selling price).
Gasoline and oil selling prices of neighboring countries Vietnam on July 30, 2026:
- Regarding gasoline prices: Thailand: 28,750 VND/liter (Government subsidies); Cambodia: 29,645 VND/liter (Government subsidies); Laos: 47,388 VND/liter; China: 30,168 VND/liter (Government price control); Vietnam: 22,859 VND/liter.
- Regarding oil prices: Thailand: 28,750 VND/liter (Government subsidies); Cambodia: 34,206 VND/liter; Laos: 38,868 VND/liter; China: 27,189 VND/liter (Government price control); Vietnam: 27,624 VND/liter.
Vietnam's gasoline and oil prices are currently at a low level compared to countries sharing the same border (except for oil prices higher than China by 435 VND).
