Gold prices are too high, many people take advantage to sell
In an interview with Kitco News, Tobina Kahn, President of House of Kahn Estate Jewelers, said she continues to see a steady stream of customers starting to take notice of the gold rally as mainstream media also picks up on the development.
She added that until recently, most customers had no idea how much their unwanted jewelry was worth, but that view is starting to change.
“Most people don’t know the exact price of gold, but they are starting to see that it is fluctuating. Many are surprised to find out how much their grandmother’s anniversary bracelet is worth. About eight out of 10 customers come in and eventually decide to sell their jewelry when they know its true value,” she said.

Before Valentine's Day, flower shops in Can Tho are continuously closing orders

Poultry prices remain stable nationwide
Vietnam's poultry market remained stable on February 11. The average price for chicken nationwide was 49,900 VND/kg; for duck it was 27,000 VND/kg.
The North recorded duck prices at 28,000 VND/kg, sugarcane chicken prices ranged from 68,000 - 69,000 VND/kg, and crossbred fighting chicken prices ranged from 40,000 - 41,000 VND/kg. The regional average for meat chickens was 40,100 VND/kg, and meat ducks were 28,000 VND/kg.
