In order to raise public awareness about biofuels, promote the trend of green consumption and spread the message of using environmentally friendly energy, the Domestic Market Management and Development Department organizes the "Learning about the benefits of E10 biofuel" contest nationwide.
The contest includes two forms: online and live. In which, the online round takes place from 10:00 AM on May 25, 2026 to 10:00 AM on May 31, 2026 on the Electronic Information Portal of the Domestic Market Management and Development Department, creating conditions for a large number of people across the country to easily participate in learning knowledge about E10 bio-gasoline.
For the online round, contestants will answer 20 multiple-choice questions and 1 open-ended question on the online exam software at www. dms. gov. vn. Participants can use electronic devices with Internet connection to take the exam anytime, anywhere during the competition.
The contest results will be considered in order from highest to lowest for contestants who answer correctly the questions of the Organizing Committee and have answers to open-ended questions that are accurate or closest to the results recorded on the online exam system.
The results of the online competition round are expected to be announced at 10:00 AM on June 1, 2026 on the Electronic Information Portal of the Domestic Market Management and Development Department.
The Organizing Committee will award prizes for the online competition including:
1 First Prize worth 3 million VND;
2 Second Prizes, each prize worth 2 million VND;
3 Third Prizes, each prize worth 1 million VND;
10 Consolation Prizes, each prize worth 500,000 VND.
In addition to the online round, the live round is expected to be held on June 12, 2026 in Hanoi with the participation of teams that have registered to participate according to the regulations issued by the Organizing Committee.
Not only is it a knowledge playground, the direct competition round is also expected to become a forum for exchange and spreading messages about green consumption, green transportation and community responsibility in using clean energy.
The Organizing Committee will award prizes for the direct competition round including:
1 First Prize worth 15 million VND;
1 Second Prize worth 10 million VND;
1 Third Prize worth 7 million VND;
2 Consolation Prizes, each prize worth 3 million VND;
In addition to the main competitions, the Organizing Committee also prepared many attractive gifts for the audience attending the program and answering correctly the giao luu questions in the live round.
The direct round judges include representatives of state management agencies, the Vietnam Biofuel Association, leaders of press and media agencies, and artists, to ensure professionalism, objectivity, and increase the spread of communication messages about using green and environmentally friendly fuels.
Through concise and easy-to-access contest content, the contest will provide people with basic knowledge about E10 biofuel such as fuel characteristics, environmental benefits, use efficiency, compatibility with vehicles as well as policies and guidelines promoting the use of biofuels in Vietnam.
In addition to disseminating knowledge, the Contest also aims to spread positive messages about environmental protection, economical and efficient energy use, and building sustainable consumption habits in the community. The Organizing Committee expects the contest to attract the participation of a large number of people, youth union members, students, businesses, and social organizations nationwide.
The "Learning about the benefits of E10 bio-gasoline" contest is not only a communication activity but also a bridge to bring green energy development policies closer to the people, contributing to building a green economy, promoting sustainable consumption and realizing the goal of energy transition in the new period.
