On the afternoon of September 4, in Hanoi, the Presidential Office coordinated with the Ministry of National Defense to organize a ceremony to announce and award the President's decision on promoting the rank of soldier to comrade Le Quang Dao.
Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army promoted from Lieutenant General to Senior General.
This is recognition and appreciation for the important contributions of Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao to the cause of building the Army and protecting the Fatherland.
Transferring 25 young officers to work at the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command.
On the morning of September 4, the Party Committee and Military Command (CHQS) of Quang Ngai province organized a Conference to announce and award decisions on transferring and appointing graduates of schools in the army in 2026 to work at agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command.
According to the decisions, 25 students training for the second university degree and students graduating from the platoon level were transferred to work at the Staff Department, Regiment 887, Regiment 32 and Regiment 990, under the Provincial Military Command. An officer was transferred from the Logistics - Technical Department to work at the Logistics - Technical Department of Military Region 5.

Handing over decisions to cadres transferred to work at Military Region 4
On the morning of September 4, Military Region 4 organized a conference to announce and award decisions on cadre transfer work throughout the army and receive postgraduate graduates from military academies and schools to work at Military Region 4.
Implementing the decision of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee, this time 240 comrades were transferred and received work at Military Region 4. Among them, 215 comrades were transferred from units throughout the army and 25 comrades were graduates of postgraduate studies at academies and schools in the Army.
