Handover of the positions of Commander and Political Commissar of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command
On the afternoon of April 20, at the Military Command (CHQS) of Bac Ninh province, Military Region 1 organized a Conference to announce personnel decisions and hand over the positions of Commander and Political Commissar of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command.
At the Conference, representatives of the Political Department of Military Region 1 announced Decision No. 88/QD-BQP of the Minister of National Defense on transferring and appointing for a limited term for:
Colonel Pham Van Tao - Commander of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command holds the position of Commander of Cao Bang Provincial Military Command;
Colonel Tran Viet Nang - Political Commissar of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command holds the position of Political Commissar of Thai Nguyen Provincial Military Command;
Colonel Van Khac Thanh - Commander of Cao Bang Provincial Military Command holds the position of Commander of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command;
Colonel Phuong Nam Ky - Political Commissar of Cao Bang Provincial Military Command holds the position of Political Commissar of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command.
At the conference, Colonel Pham Van Tao handed over the position of Commander of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command to Colonel Van Khac Thanh; Colonel Tran Viet Nang handed over the position of Political Commissar of Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command to Colonel Phuong Nam Ky.

Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thang - Commander of Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command holds the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region;

Appointment of Head of Loc Thinh Border Gate Border Guard Station
In the afternoon of April 21, in Loc Thanh commune, Colonel Nguyen Anh Duc - Deputy Commander of Dong Nai Provincial Military Command cum Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command (BGB) chaired the Conference to hand over the position of Commander of Loc Thinh Border Gate Border Guard Station.
Accordingly, the Political Commissar of the Border Guard Command decided to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Quang - Deputy Head of Hoang Dieu Border Gate Border Guard Station, Border Guard Command, Dong Nai Provincial Military Command to hold the position of Head of Loc Thinh Border Gate Border Guard Station for a fixed term.
