Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Dung - former Political Commissar of Regiment 1, Division 9, Army Corps 4. born in 1945; Hometown: Phong My Commune, Giong Trom District, Ben Tre Province (now Luong Hoa Commune, Vinh Long Province).
Lieutenant Tran Ngoc Tho - former Captain of Company 25, Regiment 88, Division 9, Army Corps 4. born in 1947; hometown: Tu Dan Commune, Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province (now Chau Ninh Commune, Hung Yen Province).
