On September 23, Regiment 3 (Division 9, Army Corps 34.) held a ceremony to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Traditional Day (September 23, 1960 - September 23, 2025) and received the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal.

On September 23, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Dak Lak Provincial Armed Forces Traditional Day (September 23, 1945 - September 23, 2025) and received the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal.

Appointment of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 2110/QD-TTg dated September 22, 2025 appointing Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao - Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
The decision takes effect from September 22, 2025.

The An Giang Provincial Border Guard has announced and awarded decisions to raise salaries and promote military ranks according to policies to 13 officers ( promotions to the rank of Colonel for 6 officers, promotions to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel for 5 officers, raising the salary of 1 Lieutenant Colonel for 1 officer, raising the salary of 1 Lieutenant Colonel for 2 officers).
Awarded retirement decisions according to Decree 178 to 17 people; 7 people received retirement books and paid benefits according to Decree 177, Decree 178.
Promoting military ranks and salaries for 48 soldiers and civil servants in Lam Dong border commune
On September 22, in the border commune of Quang Truc (Lam Dong), Regiment 726 (Army Corps 16) organized the award ceremony of decisions on promotion of military ranks and salary increases for subjects under the management of military agencies.
According to the announced decisions, Regiment 726 has 48 professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, workers and defense officials who have been promoted in rank and salary.
