Lao Cai Provincial Police has just held a ceremony to announce and present the Decision on retirement from work from June 1 to Colonel Nguyen Van Thinh and Colonel Hoang Manh Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Cao Minh Huyen - Director of Lao Cai Provincial Police congratulated the two Deputy Directors for excellently fulfilling their duties and tasks during their recent working period.
Colonel Nguyen Van Thinh and Colonel Hoang Manh Hung are both cadres who have matured from the grassroots, going through many different fields of work, always being exemplary in promoting their pioneering, disciplined and disciplined roles.
