On September 11, in Hanoi, the Government backlog held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese backgrounds sector (September 12, 1945 - September 12, 2025) and received the noble title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.
Authorized by the leaders of the Party and State, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Minister of National Defense attaches the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces to the traditional flag and presented the Certificate of Hero of the People's Armed Forces to the Government Equipment Committee.

On September 9, the Information and Communications Corps held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Information and Communications Corps Traditional Day (September 9, 1945 - September 9, 2025) and received the Ho Chi Minh Medal.
