On the afternoon of May 6, the Standing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held the 23rd Conference (XX term, 2025 - 2030) to announce the decisions of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on personnel work.
The conference was chaired by Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Thang An, with the participation of members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and delegates of Party building committees of the Central Government monitoring the area.
At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Le Hai Yen announced Decision No. 157-QDNS/TW dated April 29, 2026 of the Secretariat appointing Colonel Pham Van Tao - Commander of the Provincial Military Command - to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
Along with that, Decision No. 161-QDNS/TW dated April 29, 2026 of the Secretariat appointed Colonel Ma Cong Hoc - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command - to participate in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the term 2025-2030.
Leaders of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee congratulated the appointed officials, and emphasized that consolidating and supplementing personnel is a necessary requirement to meet leadership and direction tasks in the current period.
The strengthening of the contingent of cadres is expected to contribute to improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization, building a strong political system, meeting development requirements in the new situation.
