Discussing this content, Lawyer Nguyen Trong Nghia - Hanoi Bar Association said that according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 40 of the Law on Military Service 2015, the time for health examination is from November 1 to December 31 every year.
Thus, the military service medical examination schedule will start from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The medical examination order is given to citizens 15 days before the medical examination date as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 40 of the Law on Military Service.
