Regarding this incident, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee announced the conclusion at the regular reception in May 2025.
Accordingly, implementing Regulation No. 1855-QD/TU dated March 5, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on receiving people, directly dialogue with people and receiving, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections sent to the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Secretary, on May 30, 2025, the Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee will receive people periodically in May 2025.
After listening to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa - Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Phu Ward, Quang Ngai City present the reflections and recommendations; the opinions of representatives of the leaders of agencies, units and localities, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van concluded: The decision of the Quang Phu Ward Party Committee to issue a disciplinary decision against Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa was not in accordance with its authority: Proposing the Quang Phu Ward Party Committee to learn from experience in the process of implementing procedures and authority to consider and discipline party members.
Regarding the content of recommendations and reflections related to the Inspection Team, the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee during the review process and issuance of a decision to discipline Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa: Through the inspection and verification results of the Inspection Team of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee, the violations of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa have to be subject to disciplinary action;
The Inspection Committee of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee reviewed and disciplined Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa with a reprimand. In case Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa does not agree with the conclusion and decision on disciplinary action of the Inspection Committee of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee, she has the right to complain and submit a petition to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee for consideration and resolution according to her authority; at the same time, provide information, documents, and grounds related to the content of her complaint.
The Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to monitor the process of handling party discipline complaints of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee in case Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa filed a complaint to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee; coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the contents that need to be led and directed.
The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee coordinates with relevant agencies to monitor the implementation of the conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary; synthesize and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for monitoring and direction.
The Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai City Party Committee, the Quang Ngai City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Quang Phu Ward Party Committee, relevant agencies, units, individuals and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Hoa to seriously implement this Conclusion Notice.
