In Decision No. 35/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2025, the Prime Minister decided to appoint Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of Military Region 5 - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc was born on January 1, 1966; hometown: Hoa Tho Dong ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city.
On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, he was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
In Decision No. 38/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2025, the Prime Minister decided to appoint Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of Military Region 3 - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Ngoc was born on September 28, 1968; hometown: Tran Dang Ninh ward, Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province.
In September 2020, he became Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of Military Region 3. On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, he was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
