Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed and issued Decision No. 1501/QD-TTg on the retirement of Major General Dinh Manh Phac - Deputy Commander of Military Region 2.

Accordingly, Major General Dinh Manh Phac - Deputy Commander of Military Region 2, Ministry of National Defense - will retire from January 1, 2025.

Colonel, People's Artist Tu Long was appointed Director of the Army Cheo Theater.

According to Decision No. 133/QDX-BQP dated December 10, 2024 of the Minister of National Defense, Colonel, People's Artist (NSND) Nguyen Quoc Truong - Director of the Army Cheo Theater - retired according to the regime.

According to Decision No. 86/QD-TCCT dated December 12, 2024 of the Chief of the General Department of Politics (GDC), Colonel, People's Artist Vu Tu Long - Deputy Director of the Army Cheo Theater - was appointed to the position of Director of the Army Cheo Theater.

On the afternoon of December 30 in Hanoi, Major General Tran Ngoc Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Director of the Political Department, presented the decision to appoint Colonel, People's Artist Tu Long as Director of the Army Cheo Theater.

Authorized by the Ministry of National Defense, the Military Region 3 Command, the Party Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Military Command has just held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on personnel transfer and appointment.

During this period, the Provincial Military Party Committee awarded decisions on transfer and appointment of cadres to 40 officers, of which 1 officer received a decision to retire from work.

Handing over the duties of Commander of the Military Command of Di An and Tan Uyen cities

On December 31, the Military Command of Di An City, Binh Duong, held a conference to hand over the duties of the Commander of the City Military Command.

Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Tien Minh - Chief of Defense Inspectorate of the Provincial Military Command - holds the position of Commander of the Di An City Military Command, replacing Lieutenant Colonel Le Phi Hung who is awaiting retirement according to the regime.

Previously, on the afternoon of December 30, Tan Uyen City Military Command also held a conference to hand over the position of Commander of the City Military Command.

Pursuant to the decision of the Military Region 7 Command, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Lam Minh Su - former Commander of the Tan Uyen City Military Command - was appointed to the position of Chief Inspector of National Defense of the Provincial Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Doan Phuong Tung - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the City Military Command - was appointed to the position of Commander of the City Military Command.
