This morning (February 10), the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee held a conference to implement the decision on personnel work.
Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia chaired the conference.
At the conference, the leaders of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department presented 86 decisions to appoint Department heads and Deputy Department heads of equivalent departments and units of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
In which, there are 17 department heads of 17 departments, equivalent to department-level units under the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and 69 deputy department heads of these units.

Congratulating the 86 cadres who have just received the appointment decision, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia said that the cadres all meet the standards, have basic training, have a dedicated practice process, accumulate a lot of experience, are exemplary and create high unity.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia stated that the newly appointed cadres, regardless of their position, must strive, always maintain a spirit of discipline and order in their work; comply with the provisions of the law, and quickly start a new job.
Emphasizing that the work after the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus is very important, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested that leaders of departments and units of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee should urgently start working at their unit. In particular, continue to do a good job of ideological work, taking a step forward in the propaganda work of our Party and State on streamlining the apparatus in the spirit of Resolution 18.
Immediately after the conference to announce today's decision, units focused on rearranging the organizational structure, perfecting functions and tasks to operate effectively and efficiently, especially units that had to be rearranged between the two committees before.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia requested that the tasks as well as the Party work and activities of the socio-political organizations of the Committee after the reorganization must absolutely not be missed.
Units must strengthen digital transformation in propaganda and mass mobilization work. In particular, propaganda must take the lead in digital transformation to meet current requirements and tasks, especially operating operations effectively, promptly and smoothly" - Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized.
