According to the Decision, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned, transferred and appointed Mr. Hoang Van Thuc, City Party Committee Member, Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee. The term of appointment is 5 years.
Presenting the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Hoang Van Thuc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien emphasized that Mr. Hoang Van Thuc is a cadre who has been well-trained and trained through many positions from grassroots to provincial and city-level agencies. In his new position, he continued to learn, strive, and train, together with the leadership collective and cadres of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee to unite, promote collective wisdom, and perform well the assigned tasks.
