Appreciating the role and prestige of the Amanat Party and Kazakh socio -political life and emphasizing the independent, autonomous foreign policy, diversifying external relations, being friends, reliable partners of countries, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the Communist Party of Vietnam wants to maintain and promote good relations with Kazakh politics, including Amanat Party to consolidate the tradition of the two -side cooperation. Regarding parliamentary cooperation, the two sides agreed to exchange delegations between professional committees, between groups of friends of parliamentarians, exchanging experiences in law supervision, and legislative bodies to support and urge the implementation of agreements between the two governments; continue to closely coordinate at multilateral parliamentary forums.

The Chairman of the Kazakh Secretary agreed with General Secretary To Lam about the geography to cooperate between the two countries and the two countries need to make efforts to develop strong relations in all fields, especially the economy - trade - investment, transport connection, logistics, digital transformation, finance, science - technology, education - training for the benefit of the two countries.
