Chief Justice of Ho Chi Minh City People's Court awarded many appointment decisions

Last week, Chief Justice of Ho Chi Minh City People's Court Le Thanh Phong awarded appointment decisions to two district-level chief judges and one Chief of Office.

On January 10, Ho Chi Minh City People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the Chief Justice of District 3 People's Court.

Accordingly, Mr. Tran Thanh Son (48 years old) - Primary Judge, Deputy Chief Justice of District 3 People's Court, Ho Chi Minh City - was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of District 3 People's Court. Mr. Son's term of office is 5 years from January 1, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Phong - Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court - assessed Mr. Tran Thanh Son as a young Chief Justice, the new task is a big challenge for Mr. Son. However, Mr. Phong believes that Mr. Tran Thanh Son will create consensus towards building a clean and strong District 3 People's Court.

Mr. Phong said that in 2025, District 3 People's Court needs to carry out a number of key tasks; including strengthening digital transformation and applying information technology to professional work.

Upon receiving the assignment, Mr. Son promised to always cultivate and improve his political qualities, professional qualifications; especially his management experience to lead the construction of District 3 People's Court as a united and increasingly developing collective.

Also last week, on January 9, Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court Le Thanh Phong handed over the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Dang Tan (56 years old) as Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. Mr. Tan's term of office is from January 1, 2025 until his retirement according to the regime.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Phong highly appreciated Mr. Tan's capacity and qualifications when taking on the new position.

Mr. Phong assessed that the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court is currently facing huge challenges and must make efforts in the context of administrative and judicial reform; streamlining and reorganizing the apparatus, digital transformation... When taking on the new assignment, Mr. Tan will continue to oversee and assist the leadership in the operation of the City Court and district courts, Thu Duc City.

The leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court expect Mr. Tan to fulfill his assigned tasks well and join hands in building a clean and strong court.

The new Chief of Office of the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City, Tran Dang Tan, promised to continuously strive to fulfill his assigned tasks.

On the same day, Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court Le Thanh Phong also presented the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Duy - Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court as Chief Justice of the Tan Phu District People's Court, for a term of 5 years from January 1, 2025.

At the ceremony, Mr. Duy promised to unite with the staff and civil servants of Tan Phu District People's Court to complete the tasks well.

In Hai Duong, last week also recorded the appointment of the position of Chief Justice of the Hai Duong City People's Court. Accordingly, Mr. Ha Anh Dong - Head of the Organization - Personnel, Inspection and Emulation and Reward Department of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Court - announced the Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Son to the position of Chief Justice of the Hai Duong City People's Court, with a term of office of 5 years from January 1, 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Van Son (44 years old), Intermediate Judge, was Deputy Chief Justice of Kim Thanh District People's Court, Deputy Chief Justice of Hai Duong City People's Court.
