According to information from the People's Court of Hai Duong province on January 10, the People's Court of Hai Duong province has just held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision to appoint the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Hai Duong city.
At the ceremony, Mr. Ha Anh Dong - Head of the Organization - Personnel, Inspection and Emulation and Reward Department of Hai Duong Provincial People's Court announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Son to the position of Chief Justice of Hai Duong City People's Court, with a term of office of 5 years from January 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Van Son, born in 1981, Intermediate Judge, was Deputy Chief Justice of Kim Thanh District People's Court, Deputy Chief Justice of Hai Duong City People's Court.
⁹Congratulating Mr. Nguyen Van Son on his appointment, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court Nguyen Hai Bang said that this is a challenge but also an opportunity for him to affirm his mettle. Along with the experience from the training process, learning and accumulating knowledge, Mr. Nguyen Van Son cultivates, trains his qualities, improves his knowledge and skills, contributing to the overall development of the People's Court system.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Son, the new Chief Justice of Hai Duong City People's Court, respectfully thanked the leaders of Hai Duong Provincial People's Court for entrusting him with the task.
