The People's Council of Son La province has just issued a resolution on the election of Mr. Chu Van Thanh - Commander of the Provincial Military Command as a member of the Provincial People's Committee, term XV, 2021-2026.
This Resolution was approved by the 15th People's Council of Son La province, 22nd Special Session (held at the end of August 2024) and has come into effect.
In addition, the People's Council of Son La province also issued a resolution to dismiss Colonel To Quang Hanh, former Commander of the Son La Provincial Military Command, from the position of member of the Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, on July 22, at the Son La Provincial Military Command, Lieutenant General Pham Hong Chuong, Commander of Military Region 2 and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee co-chaired the conference to hand over the duties of Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
Accordingly, Colonel To Quang Hanh, Commander of the Son La Provincial Military Command, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 2. Colonel Chu Van Thanh, Commander of Division 316 (Military Region 2) was appointed to the position of Commander of the Son La Provincial Military Command.
