Khanh Hoa province will have a major change in the leadership apparatus when Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan and two Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Le Huu Hoang and Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, will retire from early July 2025.
According to information from Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Tan Tuan on June 24, the retirement of three key leaders is to facilitate the process of arranging cadres during the period when the province is preparing to organize the apparatus after the administrative merger.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan was born on June 1, 1964, from Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa. Thus, Mr. Tuan will retire close to the prescribed age. He has a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Bachelor's degree in Politics and is a National Assembly delegate of the 11th, 12th, and 13th terms. Before holding the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee from February 2020, he held many important positions such as: Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of Cam Ranh Town Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council.
At the first session of the 7th Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council (term 2021 - 2026) in June 2021, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan was re-elected as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Meanwhile, the two Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Le Huu Hoang and Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, will both retire before the age of 4.
Mr. Le Huu Hoang was born on August 1, 1967, also from Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa. He has a Master's degree in Economics and a Senior degree in Political Theory. Before participating in provincial leadership, Mr. Hoang worked for a long time at Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Co., Ltd. with positions such as: General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors. After that, he held the position of Director of the Department of Finance and was elected Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee from October 2019.
Mr. Dinh Van Thieu was born on March 15, 1967, hometown in Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province. He has a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering. Before holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee from December 2020, he was Chairman of the People's Committee and Secretary of the Dien Khanh District Party Committee.
Currently, the leaders of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee include Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan and three Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Le Huu Hoang, Dinh Van Thieu and Tran Hoa Nam.
