On February 12, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) - chaired a working conference with agencies and units on the project of military parades and marches during the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
According to the report of the leaders of the Military Training Department - School, for the Project of military parade and marching in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, after completing the system of documents for the military parade and marching, from February 3, the units assigned to participate in the military parade and marching will organize the force structure of the blocks according to regulations; organize training according to the agreed program content.
Currently training week 11 (combined blocks - practice blocks). Through inspection, in general, the units have organized strict and serious training; Teachers and managers actively monitor and grasp the results, promptly draw lessons; have many measures to improve the quality of training. From February 16, the mobile units will return to the training area for phase 2.
Regarding the Project of military parade and marching in the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, we have conducted field surveys, developed projects, sought opinions from relevant central and local agencies, units, ministries, and branches, synthesized, received, and completed the project to report to superiors according to regulations.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested leaders, commanders, officers, soldiers, agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and deeply understand the meaning and importance of the two major events of the country in 2025; thereby determining the determination to excellently complete the task.
Regarding the military parade project in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, units complete the force mobilization plan, joint training plan and official mission plan, report through the Chief of the General Staff, and coordinate with agencies and units for implementation.
Along with organizing and commanding the mobilization of forces according to strict plans and absolute safety, units focus on checking training, joint exercises and security aspects; at the same time, well organize and ensure logistics, techniques, uniforms and equipment for blocks and forces according to regulations.
Regarding the remaining difficulties and problems regarding forces, technical equipment and other assurance aspects, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested agencies and units to focus on researching, proposing and reporting to the head of the Ministry of National Defense for decision.
