The Director of Hanoi City Police assessed that in the past term, especially since the time of not organizing district-level police from March 1, 2025 and deploying the arrangement of commune-level police according to new administrative units from July 1, 2025, completing the organizational model of the 2-level local police apparatus, the workload set for the entire City Police force is extremely heavy, and the requirements for political tasks are increasingly high.
However, with a spirit of responsibility, solidarity and determination to excellently complete all assigned tasks, from leaders and commanders to each officer and soldier in units throughout the City Police, they are constantly striving to train, strive, overcome difficulties, and successfully and excellently complete their work tasks.
In particular, in this phase, 8 comrades made outstanding achievements in their work, directly fighting and preventing crime, were honored to be awarded the Second and Third Class Military Exploit Orders by the President; 9 comrades were awarded the title "Emulation Soldier of the entire People's Public Security Forces" and were considered and implemented by the Ministry of Public Security for promotion and salary increases ahead of schedule.
