On June 28, the People's Court of Quang Binh province held a ceremony to announce the decisions to appoint the Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court after the merger.
The announcement ceremony was attended by Mr. Tran Hai Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Binh province; Mr. Le Vinh The - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Binh province, and representatives of leaders of relevant sectors and units.
According to the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Tran Huu Sy, Vo Ba Luu, Deputy Chief Justice of the new Quang Binh Provincial People's Court; Tran Van Phuong, Deputy Chief Justice of the new Quang Tri Provincial People's Court were appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the new Quang Tri Provincial People's Court. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Tran Hai Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, requested the appointed comrades to promote their capacity, contribute, strive to excellently complete political tasks, continue to implement the resolutions and directives of the Central and the province on judicial and internal affairs work.
Mr. Tran Hai Chau also emphasized the importance of solidarity, discipline, the principle of democratic centralism and requested strict implementation of the Politburo's regulations on controlling power, preventing corruption and negativity in prosecution and trial activities.
Judges and civil servants of the People's Court need to maintain professional ethics, always " supportive, meticulous, impartial, and impartial", honest, and upright, in order to protect justice and civil rights, while making an important contribution to the socio-economic development and ensuring political security of the locality.
Previously, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court also decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Quang Binh province, to hold the position of Chief Justice of the new Quang Tri Provincial People's Court, effective from July 1, 2025.
