The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Vu Dinh Quang - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Party Committee of Thuc Phan ward, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the ward.
