On July 17, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work, consolidating many key leadership positions in agencies and units.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Phan Thang An, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Accordingly, the Secretariat approved Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Vu Dinh Quang - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Party Committee of Thuc Phan ward, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the ward for the term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Nguyen The Hoan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thuc Phan ward was transferred to work at the Department of Finance, appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance.
Along with that, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu - Chief Inspector of the province was transferred to work at the Provincial Labor Federation, introduced for consultation to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the term 2025 - 2030, and at the same time elected to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation for the term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Le Van Giang - Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee was transferred to the Provincial Inspectorate and appointed as Chief Inspector of the province.
The Provincial People's Committee also announced the decision to appoint Ms. Dam Thi Trung Thu, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.
Receiving and becoming a civil servant for Mr. Kim Tien Dung - Director of the Sports and Art Training and Competition Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and appointing him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The term of appointment for the positions is 5 years.
Awarding decisions and giving speeches assigning tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An emphasized that cadre work is a key stage in Party building and the political system.
This transfer and appointment is carried out based on the requirements of tasks, capacity and strengths of each official, in order to continue to consolidate the apparatus and meet the development requirements of the province in the new period.
On behalf of the officials receiving the assignment, the new Director of the Department of Finance Nguyen The Hoan expressed his respect for the trust of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.
