Speaking at the opening of the adjournment session, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the 1st Provincial Party Congress is a political event of special significance to the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Phu Tho province. The success of the 1st Provincial Party Congress will contribute significantly to the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong requested that, from the experiences drawn after the congress of 152 affiliated Party Committees, in order to improve the quality and ensure good implementation of the requirements, contents and programs set by the Congress, meeting the trust and expectations of all cadres, Party members and people of all ethnic groups in Phu Tho province.
Secretary Dang Xuan Phong requested that delegates attending the Congress need to uphold their sense of responsibility, focus their intelligence, actively participate in discussions, contribute quality and valuable opinions to successfully complete some important contents at the ad lit session, contributing to the success of the ad lit session in particular as well as contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
At the admission session, the Congress elected a Presidium of 15 people, a Secretariat of 2 people, and a Delegation Inspection Committee of 5 people to attend the Congress.
Submitting to the Presidium, Mr. Nguyen Manh Son - Member of the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the Working Program, Internal Regulations, and Working Regulations of the Congress.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Minh, on behalf of the Presidium, presented the draft Report on the synthesis of comments on the draft Documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh, on behalf of the Presidium, presented the draft Report on the synthesis of opinions on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will review and decide on major policies and orientations in accordance with the Central Government's policies and orientations and practical requirements of the province, meeting the expectations of cadres, party members and people.
This is the Congress with the largest number of delegates ever with 500 delegates (de delegates of course are 97 people, delegates appointed from 152 Party Congresses under the Provincial Party Committee include 403 people) representing over 257,000 Party members in the entire Party Committee. These are excellent delegates, representing the intelligence, political courage, fighting spirit and strength of the Party Committee.
