On August 26, 2026, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, a working delegation led by General Luong Tam Quang - Member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security visited and awarded the 80-year Party Badge for the 2nd phase of September 2026 to veteran Party members in Hung Yen province.
The working delegation visited and directly awarded the 80-year Party Badge to 1 veteran party member in Nhu Quynh commune and 1 veteran party member in Hung Ha commune; and attended the ceremony to award the 80-year Party Badge to 6 party members at the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee headquarters.
At the destinations, General Luong Tam Quang and provincial leaders respectfully awarded the 80-year Party Badge, presented flowers and gifts to congratulate veteran Party members; cordially inquired about their health and life and expressed their respect for the contributions of the comrades in the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
In Thanh Tan village, Hung Ha commune, General Luong Tam Quang, on behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, attended and respectfully awarded the 80-year Party Badge to Ms. Tran Thi Vien, a veteran party member of the Hung Ha Commune Party Committee.
General Luong Tam Quang wished Ms. Tran Thi Vien always good health, longevity, and continued to be a bright example for children, officials, party members and the younger generation to follow; and at the same time wished the family to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, contributing to building an increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized homeland.
In Nhu Quynh commune, the delegation attended the ceremony to award the 80-year Party Badge to Ms. Quan Thi Sanh, a Party member of Tan Quang village Party Cell, at the party member's family home.
General Luong Tam Quang respectfully sent congratulations to Ms. Quan Thi Sanh and her family; acknowledged the merits and contributions of the comrade throughout 80 years of training, striving, and dedication to the Party, homeland and people.
